It's gonna be an over priced piece of shit with features that android has had for years now. Also it finally has stronger glass that wont break when you drop it on your face.
Also just want to point out that the essential phone (Android phone startup from Andy Rubin)beat out the iPhone x to the whole bezelless thing and it also costs $300 dollars less. Also the essential is built like a tank (I've held one, it's made of titanium)
I suppose the thing that put's me off most is what was brought up earlier, what's the point if your traped in a cage, I assume most of you here are likely into modding your systems which net's you more access, so clearly alot of you folks are the type who like freedom
I still use my Idol 3, which is my very first cell phone. I love the phone, I dunno why I would want anything stronger. I'm not exactly going to game on the thing, you know with those Android, quality, mobile games(bleh), that are pay to win. I am not a fan boy, I just plan to get the best phone for the best price, when my Idol 3 becomes too old.
tbh, there are some decent games on mobile, mobious final fantasy(though that eventually got ported to pc :/ ), and Idol masters Cinderella Girls: Starlight Stage(rhythm game)
I'd love to mess around with it but I don't want it as my personal phone, the lack of a headphone jack is such a weird decision and I listen to music a lot so I like to charge my phone and use my headphones while I listen. I understand that I could get airpods but I'm not paying for dumb stuff that shouldn't have to exist just to use my phone to its fullest extent.
has all this power, gaming would utilize said power, but if you wana game for awhile and charge, nope, not gona happen, not unless you actually want to use the external speakers, which, wtf are you doing
I thought the iPhone X looked pretty, just like the Galaxy S8 and Note 8. But honestly, I don't see a good reason to upgrade to any new phone if you already have a good smartphone.
I think it looks nice. It preforms well. But iOS isn't my cup of tea.. I'll wait a year for tech to (hopefully) get cheaper, and get a cool new phone then. One thing for certain. If I go back to iOS, I won't be happy until I have a jailbreak.
