Girlfriend problems :\

Okay amm.. im 15 , and im kinda new to the all girlfriend thinganyway I just got a girl who I like and she likes me , were un-officialy boyfriend and girlfriend , but we sat together for a long time huging each other.

anyway.. I don't really know what to do , except the obvious of dating her and i'd like some tips. A friend of mine told me that I shouldn't show my love to her too much and spoil her.. I should be a more interesting person or she'll be bored of me and dump me eventually - Could you(the internet guyz) tell me if I should do listen to him bout it?

AND DONT FORGET besides the question to add some tips =P

I really do appriciate your help.

*Puke*

These pukey relationships, personally, are about as meaningful as... as... fuck, I can't find a good simile. Anyway, you're 15, it doesn't matter. The only reason people care about having these barfy relationships is to say you have one. From this "drama", it sounds like "well, she's kinda my girlfriend and we hang out on the swings together and sometimes I'll split my sandwich with her". My advice: dump, forget, wait a few years, pick up another chick, buy a pack of condoms, and go nuts. If you thought you're joking, then you're wrong. I'm dead serious.

By the way, I'm only a year older. Mind you, I could easily pass for a bit older, but still. I do find many of my similarly aged counterparts to be pretty stupid, though. I'm a child prodigy! Muahahahaha!

I dont really mind that , i'd just love if you'd give me some tips to go with .. About Relationship MAINLY. Dont mind what you think about me or whatever.

Oh and thanks anyways.

15? And you JUST started dating?

I'm 17 and I've never dated. I don't like relationships like that, just don't care for them.

:\ Showing love in a relationship is part of the relationship! from personal experience it's okay to do, just don't show her all your feelings and hopes and dreams for the future from day 1. Just keep her interested by keeping her guessing. If you do random nights where the 2 of you go out for a night (amusements are great! extra love for teddys :yay: ) instead of being stuck in just watching tv. Also befriend her friends, when they accept you then she'll feel more happy, and you have someone on the inside who could get you a 2nd chance if things don't work out the first time. Also then her friends won't be bitchy about you (even if they seem nice towards you trust me they will bitch, i sat in a room whilst 2 of my female friends bitched about their best mate!) For kissing just go for it, don't pull out >.< i did my first 2 times and she thought i hated her XD but as soon as you've done the first one you'll know how to kiss...thats all i can think of atm

That was truely a helping post.

Thank you. Very well appriciated.

No worries ^.^ i had my first (what i'd class as real) relationship at 14 and know how hard it is getting advice >.<

EDIT

Also don't be too forceful, afterall she has emotions too.

Im guessing... you:"Lets watch a movie!" her:"I'm fine,I rather stay in" you: "Were gonna go anyways!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! BLAGAAGA"

Maby

kinda, don't always make her do the things you wanna do. Some of the time is okay as it shows she's taking a interest in you and your life.

Women have emotions? I just thought they were robots that cooked and cleaned. That's my sexist joke for the day, dammit.

Also, if you're confiding in the wisdom of the folks in the intertubes for relationship help, I'm pretty sure the boat's already sunken. Might as well get a few quickies out of it while you still can, then just raid the food stores and take the emergency boat to shore.

If anyone's wondering, I've made a personal decision to not date until college. I'm not seeing the point of having some fake and pukey relationship with some purely on the basis of "why the hell not?" I'm already happy as I am and there's nothing in my life that would be better by having some nagging girlfriend storming up fake drama and whining better. Not to mention I'm also an immense douchebag and doubt I could put up with all the crap without saying something like "wow, you're boring" or "you're really a gigantic douchebag with people".

lol im almost 20 and ive never dated anyone.

@ Ducky, honestly us at GBAtemp arent going to be very sympathetic to your cause. Were a gaming community. I am in no way saying i dont care about your problems. And i am not saying you and I and everyone else here are unattractive nerds who live in our parents basement and never would have a chance with a girl, but let me reiterate, were a gaming community. you have better luck at Yahoo answers.

Im here for 2-3 years, I know the community =)

But I do remember a lot of signs of sympathy , If I wouldn't i'd just pass on asking here..

Screw that line of thought. My main advice: never hold back your affection, but pause now and then to assess your own intentions, feelings, and motivations. (It's not as complicated as it sounds.)

In other words, if you can't help but exuberantly cling to her like a baby sloth to its mother, then fantastic. But try not to let yourself follow some course of action, obey some social rules just because it's "the obvious thing to do."

Your standards, your pace, your displays of affection, your body is yours and yours alone. (And, naturally, the same is true of your friends and neighbors.)

Not sure if these ambiguous words answer any of your questions, but we're all happy to help.

fuze . Be a doctor . or something , cus you have a great way of speech.

@SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.

  • cearp @ cearp:
@BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space
