Hey tempers.
I was going to class today, and I was sitting in the front of the train. We were about to arrive at a station, when suddenly, a girl lost balance and fell onto the tracks and...
....
I saw the girl fall, and I could feel the impact from where I was sitting. From what I understand, the girl was 4 years old, and she did not die. Rather, she was trapped, either in the cavity to the side of the train, or by the wheels, and she was possibly passed out.
They forced us off the train after 30 minutes. By then, the police, ambulance and fire department were ready at hand to help. Many people stayed, but I couldn't bear it: I'd already seen her fall, I didn't need to see her condition.
I'm in class right now, and I'm still a bit shook up, but my class has consoled me a bit. I'm out of classes in an hour. I just really needed to voice myself somewhere not as confrontational.
For now, there's been nothing reported on the news.
Until then, the prayers of my class and me are with the girl.
Take care, warm each others hearts,
~Ace
EDIT: To those who don't know, this took place in Sweden, about 4 hours ago. It's not related to any similar news going on in Australia (namely, there haven't even been any reports on new sites yet.)
