So yeah, there's probably gonna be a ton of Portal 2 topics and such in the near future, but may as well say by piece.
This game is pretty much the best game ever.
(tl;dr at end)
Now that that's out of the way I'll just kinda talk a bit about the game.
I've never laughed out loud as much as I had at this game.
You're already (probably) familiar with GLaDOS's hilarious sense of humor, and Wheatley adds so much, as does Cave Johnson.
It's odd having so many more characters than the first (even if it's only two) and you become used to having people talking at all times.
The times where you're completely alone feel, well, like you're completely alone, and a sense of helplessness sinks in.
It was quite well done.
Source has never looked better, and the game goes through roughly three kinds of environments:
New Aperture, Old Aperture, Destroyed Aperture
(not in that order)
Again, without trying to give anything away, going through the first few test chambers in all their ruin was a sight to see.
To finish off the single player ramble, the ending was the best ending to anything ever.
I literally just blurted out "Oh, no fucking way..." at the last second of gameplay.
In a good way, not in a disappointed way.
Honestly, it was the coolest thing I've ever seen in a game ever.
Co-op is incredibly fun as well.
Been playing for at least 2 hours with a friend of mine.
Co-op is technically a sequel to the single player of the game, but it won't ruin anything.
Also, if you wanna play sometime, add me on Steam (same username)
Though, I may want to beat it with my friend before you.
Alright, little tl;dr, eh?
Here we go then.
Portal 2 is the best game ever.
It's hilarious.
The ending is one of the best endings I've ever seen in a game.
Co-op rocks.
Still a bit short.
And that's that.
Peace!
