Cheer me up, please.

Guys, I have this 'sinking feeling' coming out of my chest and it literally goes down my body like a wave. It's basically really depressing sadness. Every time I think of the thing that happened, this feeling rises through my body like a wave.

Can you guys cheer me up, please? Thanks. :)
