LMtester v0.6.7

Hi, coded most of the AIFF chunk system (AIF/AIFF files), should be usable to read files but there's still overflow on 32 bit integers default instead of using 16 bit for some sub chunks of chunks. will have to ponder about that. The software should now be made together with the irixjoker-ai-utils library. I included makefiles for Linux and UNIXen.
