on a more serious note: i feel like this kind of proves my point, the only real reason to use java is if you want to deal with an existing codebase. I was moreso talking about writing java from scratch, point being that you probably won't do that.
but hey, the things written in java probably won't be rewritten anytime soon, so for better or for worse, java is a thing we have to deal with ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
(no, i will NOT mention bedrock edition, fuck you.)

    @K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
