Addicted to switching browsers.

No, polling isn't my only addiction. I'm addicted to switching browsers
I was a chrome user, who switched to Edge for features.
However, I saw an ad from DuckDuckGo saying my browser wasn't privacy-friendly
so I switched to Firefox for a long period of time
However, one error for a website I used caused me to switch to Avast Privacy Browser
That wasn't private though
Then I switched to Dissenter which isn't getting any updates anymore
so then Brave, however, I really missed Firefox and found out they fixed the bug
However, they made a blog stating political opinions which I didn't want from Mozilla
I switched to Waterfox but that browser's been really glitchy
Then Pale Moon but it's been slow
Help me chose a permanent option

didn't delete your account in the end then... like they said indeed it's for attention grabbing :rofl2:

Sounds like a really annoying addiction. Why not just have a a few different browsers installed and you have a main browser that you like to use but then you have some backups in case there is a problem with a website?

It's just a browser...

What i hate, is that, when a perfect browser is made, its a matter of time before it gets ''bought'' or cluttered with background ''information leeches'' :gun::ninja:

I have FIrefox and Chrome installed, but I very rarely use Chrome. Mozilla VPN is solid enough for my purposes too, and cheap.

Brave for me. Firefox has become a cesspool of inconsistencies and bugs. It was fine at first, but after a well, some websites didn't load correctly. The temp being one of them. On mobile I had issues with typing. So... Switched to brave last year and haven't looked back. Granted, I have been trying Vivaldi on and off.

@Memoir I don't have any issues with this site or any others using Firefox. Sounds like something on your end.

Brave Browser w/ DuckDuckGo is the best option. Auto-ad-blocker, safety features, and bandwidth saving. I've used it for years.

"However, they made a blog stating political opinions which I didn't want from Mozilla"

You can always, you know, not look at the blog. As with most blogs, the opinions in the blog are not necessarily representative of the opinions of those who own the blog. Your opinions about browsers, for example, aren't necessarily GBATemp's.

It's a pretty silly reason to not use a browser.

As for me, I use Chrome nearly 100% of the time. For Windows users, I don't see why anyone uses anything other the big three (Chrome, Firefox, and Edge). The benefits of anything else can almost always be applied directly to one of the big three by editing settings and/or using extensions/add-ons, and all of the decent browsers are based on one of the same two sources anyway (Chromium and Firefox).

EDGE for sure, i mean what could possibly be bad about it if MS insists about it to be the browser!
