Diss-Credit

This is a theoretical discussion on laws and regulations. Nothing said here consistents a future plan.

So right now if one had pretty much perfect credit. Why? because one hasn't accepted any creditcard offers that have been sent to them since they were 14. If one was paying on student loans and make sure to be on-time with those, so one is building up their credit that way.
What one is proposing is probably some sort of fraud, so one is paranoid of posting this at all.
Since one is sure the US government would come after one to protect their good friends, the banks.
Like how they are giving the banks money right now and the banks are still giving out the subprime mortgages they know people can't pay. And thus taking their homes eventually.

Basically one wants to know the laws which would punish one for openning up a bunch of creditcard offers, max them out and then skip country. Go live somewhere else where the debit collecters won't find one.

One knows one would never be able to come back to the US in that case. one is just unsure if they have the authority to follow one into another country and try to collect from there. One is sure most of these banks have global connections...so the UK, Europe and probably Australia would probably be covered by their sticky green fingers. But maybe one would end up somewhere more remote. I think I'll learn alittle more about the laws. Anyway, this is a theoretical discussion never to be realized. Non of this is meant to be taken as a serious plan to defraud credit companies.
Thus it can be treated as a JOKE for any future legal purposes

So assume you max out 6 cards each for say 10 thousand, that's 60 thousand.

Think about this looooooong and hard. 60 thousand isn't enough to start much of a life anywhere worth going and hiding at.

A better idea, is max out those 6 cards, buy a whoooooole ton of shit that's cool, but you could never manage. Declare personal bankruptcy, and walk away from the debt. Of course your credit is now worthless, and you can't have a credit card. They may even want the money back ... someday.

But if you put all the stuff conveniently in a friends name, you don't need to worry they will take it. Just make sure you pick the right friend :)

Personally, I prefer to be mostly debt free. I have two cards, and they are really only so I can buy things online. They usually only take a month's worth of saving to clean off. One is actually empty at the moment. The other might as well be.

Having plastic is only fun if they are ready, but empty.

The best disses are ones that make liberal use of the words "holmes" and "your mother".

But yeah, good response panzer. I appresiate your considering this topic in a real perspective. But If one wasn't planning on coming back one wouldn't have anything to lose. Take them for all they offer is my motto.
