I 2nd Linkiboys opinion. He is very good with girl problems as he happens to also be a girl. I am also a female so I can of course 2nd the opinion.

To be honest I'd say go for it if you like the girl. Personally I'd be put of by having facebook all together but hey that's me as 80% of the connected world apparently has facebook. Aside from that I don't really see the harm done.

Think about it, if that girl thinks you're weird / annoying / whatever *just* because you asked for her number (after talking a little naturally, make it flow you know) via facebook, then do you really wanna be involved with her? Also would you mind if you were asked in such a manner?

For the girls who answer yes to this question, can I have your Facebook so that I can get your numbers? (kidding, kidding)

But, I don't see any harm in talking to a girl through Facebook.. BUT, if the guy in question attends the same school, why don't they talk to the girl in person?

After most of these comments, there is nothing left unsaid. This topic has cracked me up and I find it great that the OP somehow found a solution even with all this joking around .

Orc does have a point though. Little does she know that I'm doing the same to her

Right.... uhm.... if she knows you from say, school or something, but oyu just dont talk..... then thats fine, add away and get talking.
