My sleep schedule is fucked up

Idk why, but I started to want to stay awake during night time and go to sleep during the day. I wish I can be nocturnal but I can't because life stuff. The days sometimes blend and I get incredibly confused on what day it is and what happened today and what happened yesterday. Anyways, I hate sleeping at night is the point I'm trying to get through :P

Well, at least if you're sleeping enough, that's something. I remember during the last few weeks of school, I would sleep in 4-hour intervals every 12 hours and basically have two sleep cycles and survived that way. Although, because school-time really can fuck with your sleep, you should try and at least get a consistent schedule going during the summer. It doesn't have to be a "normal" schedule, I suppose, just consistent. I find that when sleep is not consistent, it is far worse than being abnormal with your sleep patterns.

I normally sleep until like 1-2PM, wake up, probably go back to bed around 5-6PM ish, then stay awake until 4-8AM on call with someone and then the cycle continues.

Travel to Japan, get some jetlag, come back... who knows, perhaps your sleep schedule fixes itself, or perhaps it ends up more fucked up than before.

Well you could also get a 3rd shift job. They usually pay a bit more because people don't tend to want to work nights.

If it's bothersome to you or incompatible with getting stuff done and you want to reset your sleep you can use melatonin. Pick up some at you local pharmacy/grocer. Typical store doses are 3-5mg.

The first night you use it, I would stay up all day (ie sleep deprive yourself). Take one tablet 1-2 hours before the time you think you should go to sleep. Then repeat the melatonin for the next 5-10 days. Should reset you quite nicely.

I fixed my sleep when one day I woke up at 6AM perfectly fine.

I then made a schedule to go to sleep at 12:30AM, then wake up at 7:00AM, that's less than 7 hours for a 12 year old but whatever.

I tried setting alarms for lucid dreaming, but even if I didn't lucid dream, having two alarms with one halfway kinda removes that "Oh 5 more minutes" part of the day and you wake up perfectly fine. You should try that.

yeah, not a good idea nonetheless.
i usually sleep 3 hours a day because of lack of discipline, but when I get 6 hours of sleep I can clearly see my performance and enjoyment going up twofolds.
