[font=comic sans ms,cursive]Hello Again! This week has been great! I've finished most overworlds and got a good load of trainer battle sprites done too (I'll showcase some next week

[font=comic sans ms,cursive]Incase you havn't noticed, this week i've decided to show everyone the new starters for[/font] [font=comic sans ms,cursive]Pokemon Rocket black. I don't think I announced anything about starters yet.. You may notice they have no names, I want your opinions on this matter. Should I give them all different names? What should I call the Grass starter? Let's talk through each one:[/font]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive]Grass Starter: A completely new Pokemon, it's pretty obvious it's based of Bulbasaur! The bad news about having this brand new starter is that i've had to remove Klink and it's evolution line out of the game
Sorry to anyone who's saddened by the news. As you can see it's Grass/poison type. Team rocket is generally associated with Poison types so I though it'd be a good idea to make them all have poison type.[/font][font=comic sans ms,cursive]Water Starter: I'm not to sure about this one if i'm honest. She's already blue so their was no need to recolor her. I really want to keep Nidoqueen as she is but Should I replace her pre-evolution sprites with something more original or leave it as it is, please give your opinion! I will be replacing her moveset and stats to fit her new typing
[/font][font=comic sans ms,cursive]Fire Starter: I didn't want to do too much with this one as I like his sprites as they were, so I basically recolored Him and his evolutions using charmander's colors. I'm pretty pleased with the result and just have to finish his backsprites.[/font]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive]Please keep in mind these are not final and could drastically change before the release of 1.0[/font]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive]- Another idea I have and want your opinion on is the idea of instead of male and female sprites being basically the same in the game. How about I switch all female sprites to the shiny sprites (Which arn't used that much in the game anyways) so they'd seem more different. Kinda like how bloody platinum used different sprites for the male and female pokemon. [/font]
[font=comic sans ms,cursive]I had to show some progress in this weeks update, so I decided to show some mugshots. (Keep in mind i'm terrible at editng these mugshots :L ) For my stranded, i'm pretty pleased with the ones i've done so far. Jessie's and Cassidy's mugshots were definitely the most difficult to do due to their hairstyles. If you're wondering why they is no names below them I've not edited them yet so decided to take them off the picture until they're completed.[/font]
