Those don't need to be 'unlocked' - which you get are completely up to the RNG, swayed slightly by what character you play or fight against. You can probably use this editor to change the first 176 pieces of equipment you have, piece by piece, to one of each, but it's tedious.

My SSB4 save file got corrputed(Thank God my DLCs are safe). And I used the "newly" save data to unlock all charatcer,Specials,trophies, hats and cloths for the Miis. The only thing was the badges to unlock but looks like I have to play Smash Run to get them all..

How does the "Fix Save" feature work exactly? I think I screwed and booted up smash between when I exported my save and imported the edited version, so now it's refusing to load because it's not the latest data.

Ryu players are shining, but he's only high tier at best, and the entire Smash community doubts he'll be winning tournaments anytime soon; as for Roy and Lucas, they're pretty mid tier, and Mewtwo is universally accepted to be garbage. If you don't want to support gaming companies, I beg you do yourself a favor and stop buying their games - and I mean all their games; if you pick games based on something this arbitrary rather than how good the game is, you shouldn't be playing any tbh - so that there's more for the people who actually care to support the companies, developers, artists, et cetera behind the high-quality stuff they put out, ESPECIALLY in the case of Nintendo where they went out of their way solely to please the fans with what they chose as DLC and to make it as affordable as possible (4$ characters is definitely a bargain when it comes to DLC - and don't even start on the 'the game comes with 51 characters for 60$' nonsense, because it's not funny).

Do you have any idea how I might be able to use the equipment I create online yet? The 'range' value still confuses me: I'm going to need to mess around with it a lot if I want to get anything done. Oddly, I've never gotten a range above 21..

I was playing with a friend on Anthers - just screwing around, yknow, doing things with no equipment - and I wanted to try the no-equipment Lucario I made a while back.

The game crashed when I picked Lucario, before the custom selection screen could come up.

I tried a few more times: I can hover over Lucario in the customization menu outside of matches (games and more->custom->characters) greeting me with http://prntscr.com/8ef6k2, but if I click on him, the game will continue playing music until the black screen that usually is used as a transition, following up with a crash.

EDIT: Same deal with Dedede. Bruh.

Hah, yeah, didn't bother to on the basis of having so many save editors available that I could rebuild my file from the ground up in an instant. Might as well continue using this save for science until I no longer can!

For your information, Mii Fighter costumes are stored 26 bytes after the first letter of said Mii Fighter's fighter name in the system_data.bin file! The byte 08 represents the Fighter Uniform, though when I switched a Gunner with the dragon armor to it, said gunner switched to the high tech armor..

while still having the dragon armor icon..

and an outfit named the fighter uniform

Try setting your type to 3, 4 and 5.

As I put in the post above, 04 is the Gunner outfit, and more likely than not 3 will be female Swordfighter outfit and 5 will be female Gunner outfit. Since all the costumes I put above except for the KK one have female alts, I shouldn't test those.

Also: I can confirm it is impossible to play DLC without buying it, meaning the download changes a file somewhere in S4's existing files, as it says that the fighter is simply "not downloaded" even though, generally, all systems will have the models downloaded and ready for use already.

This is what happened with ID 30.

I genuinely want to know if it's possible to literally just slide some files onto your SD Card and suddenly have all the DLC, because it almost seems unfairly simple..

No, that is not how it works. DLC is installed like other titles.

When Smash starts it checks for the DLC and enables features if they are unlocked, the program itself needs to be aware of the DLC. Themes work the same way, but they are downloaded on the fly.
