There's slow research into patching roms to read from the SD card instead of the cartridge slot to load them as DSiWare.

i think development for this was dropped since TWLoader came out

It was dropped WAY before TWLoader came out.
Basically since the NDS Forwarder CIAs started to appear, this fadded into oblivion.

There's no point in looking for a compatibility list here. Just keep up with the bootstrap and its development. If you're looking for a cheap solution, it ain't here.

The other program supports so far what, 30 games? There's some 2.5-3000 NDS games, shall we list all of them for you?

It was dropped WAY before TWLoader came out.
Basically since the NDS Forwarder CIAs started to appear, this fadded into oblivion.

The NDS forwarders date from May 2016, this thread was started in June.

I think it would be more be beneficial to port DraStic's core instead of DeSmuMe, since it was written for ARM to begin with, and runs on slow devices just fine.

Drastic is closed source and there is a native rom loader in the works.
