in the Welcom screen you could push the button in the lower left area there are some settings like the high contrast and such ... if you are not able to press the buttons mentioned above XD

// just noticed ... not sure if it is the same place in W10 as it is in 7 .... else you could go into the system settings there should be something for ease access or whatever it is called in english or your language

change to a normal theme, you are missing the part you need to select a regular theme
