VWii Usb loader gx not showing wii games

I have wii games on my usb. My usb files look like this

Usb-wbsf-gamename gameid-gameid.iso

and everytime I try and get wii games to show up by using the "Select title sources" screen I get the error "USB Device not initialized. Switching to channel list mode." Please help im not sure of what im doing wrong

Yes its a flash drive

Not sure. It happens to most people using them
