It doesn't work with .bcma files.use mbst its much better and 3dsexplorer is EXTREMELY outdated

Bummer then how to make it see the non translated manual (in english, german, etc)There are no homebrew-tools which are able to translate Game-Manuals yet.
You can try to decompress and extract the bcma-file with DSDecmp and DarcTools but you have to edit the output-files with a Hex-editor.
Only People who has the official Dev-Tools (CTR_Manual_Tool) would be to edit the file directly.

I had the same problem. You have to edit the Part1.bat and Part2.bat, replacing where it has SystemApp.0000.00000082 with the one yours produces, which in my case (and also yours) is SystemApp.0000.00000083. Once you do that you can run Part1 again, which will produce two folders of the contents of the HomeMenuHum I extracted the cia but where is the extracted files ?
