From what I've heard the release date roughly coincides with Black Friday in both US and Japan (or the japanese equivalent, which is why the US gets it first. And Europe has to wait because game publishers like making Europe wait.

FF? No. Xenoverse the new game of the Dragon Ball. It's actually pretty good, I was part of the Beta and loved they reused Yamamoto's music (it won't be on the retail version that's for sure).

IMO the (eventually) upcoming Final Fantasy 15/XV is the first thing that would probably come to mind.

Better question for most would be "Will you be picking up a WiiU?"
This is going to be the definitive current gen Smash Bros version, the 3DS one is fun too but seems a bit lacking in features compared to Brawl and the controls are awkward, so I hope the Wii U version will be more fully featured. I already bought the 3DS version and I'll buy this one too. Much better for couch multiplayer than the 3DS version can ever hope to be
