Users tried to get a refund on the game No Man's Sky, and many got a full refund, even though they played the game for over 2 hours. This is most likely because of the negative reviews the game recieved, and how many players are dissapointed with the game. If you bought it on steam, and you don't like it, try to get a refund. If it doesn't work try again

All I have to say is ouch.

The blunder of the fucking year. I knew that it was going to be shit right at the moment that it got announced, but this is a bit too much.

And this is an example of how, even if you hype your game up as much as possible and show awesome trailers and everyone is queuing to buy it, if you don't deliver in the end, you'll pay the price.
Hard.

It's Mighty No. 9 all over again, even though the game was delayed it feels incomplete and rushed

Today I refer to this quote
Since the Internet is almost diametrically opposed to the notion of quality control, in recent years it’s been a lot easier to just assume everything’s shit until it can prove itself otherwise. I like to call it the "Guantanamo Bay" approach to reviewing.
-Ben "Yahtzee" Croshaw
I assumed the game wasn't going to live up to the hype and delays and just assumed it would be shit before it even came out. It came out, it was shit, I continue to live happy knowing I was right to begin with.
If it was good, then I am happily surprised to have a good game.

they need to have a strong line up on the launch titles too. I think they should move metroid prime 4 to the next console because by now it has been quite a while and there's no release date scheduled yet

  • ZeroT21 @ ZeroT21:
Wasn't Metroid Prime 4 teased all the way back in 2017? For the switch no less?

    for $200? rofl.
  • realtimesave @ realtimesave:
well as far as metroid prime 4 is concerned, the next system probably is similar enough to the current gen they can probably easily just slap it onto a next gen cart and call it good :P

Nintendo president Tatsumi Kimishima took the stage at the outset to reveal that Switch will launch globally on March 3, 2017 for $299.99—earlier than some had expected at the price many suspected. https://time.com/4632820/nintendo-switch-nx/
