If you're thinking about EL, then it's at 0x540. Also, gender is at 0x524 (0 = male, 1 = female)

sorry , I'm not very good with English , I am Brazilian and I am following the posts, I managed to make the change el my character , however it does not stick , EL 62 moved to EL95 , but after leaving a quest he returns to his real EL, can tell me if there is to fix the data changes while maintaining the EL I want ?
I appreciate the help provided already .

would know tell me if is to change the play time for more hours played recorded in the save data ?

you cant, the EL offset is dinamic like HP and AP as well, its a security measure to prevente cheats like that

doing this, somehow you block you progress, some quest are EL related.

even its shows a greater number, the real number didnt change, thats occours with GIL and CP... you cheat on them.... you dont get the achieviments, only when the real value is reached

So basically if you edit the save file you don't get achievements?
Does that include editing for DLC weapons?

use a hex to dec calculator

the windows calculator app have this feature

for max gil... try put 0F 23 F4

C7 = 199

I've attached the IDs for weapons, armor, and accessories.

Table Entry:
4 bytes = ID
1 byte = ??? (seems to be type, 2 = weapon, 3 = armor, 4 = accessory)
1 byte = ??? (can be crafted? can you obtain it? Haven't tested yet)
2 bytes = padding?

To generate a weapon, armor, or accessory, the first 4 bytes of the entry must be the ID and the last 4 bytes must be the location. You can get the location by dividing the beginning offset by 8.

Example:
File = Weapons.bin
offset = 0x6f0
ID = cef456b8 (Gungnir)
location = offset % 8 = 0x6f0 % 8 = de

Max stat Gungnir with +5 Critical rate
CE F4 56 B8 63 00 63 00 63 00 63 00 63 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 DE 00 00 00

how i use this .bin files?

U hI have question how u know their offset ?? :)
to find offsets, some people use gateway and play around with the number values.
Most people make dumps of the game and play around with it in like Cheat Engine or something.

I just made myself a working GW code for All materials, souls, and magicites x255. It seems that the addresses for mats and magicites are not dynamic since I was able to find my "markers" on the same addresses after rebooting my game several times.

Sadly it only gives you the encased version of them, it doesn't unlock the primal in itself.

I know that, I was wondering if you had luck in finding the non encased one.
By unlocking, do you mean "being able to set them as Magicite as soon as you turn the codes on" OR "Have all Eidolon magicites in your materials list"? If it is the latter, I have everything.

TBH I seriously do not know what you meant in your comment.

    @SylverReZ if you could find a v5 DS ML you would have the best of both worlds since the v5 units had the same backlight brightness levels as the DS Lite unlockable with flashme

    A woman with no arms and no legs was sitting on a beach. A man comes along and the woman says, "I've never been hugged before." So the man feels bad and hugs her. She says "Well i've also never been kissed before." So he gives her a kiss on the cheek. She says "Well I've also never been fucked before." So the man picks her up, and throws her in the ocean and says "Now you're fucked."

    anyways, we need to re-normalize physical media

    if i didn't want my games to be permanent, then i'd rent them

    Agreed, that why I try to buy all my games on disc, Xbox anyways. Switch games (which I pirate tbh) don't matter much, I stay offline 24/7 anyways.
  • AncientBoi @ AncientBoi:
    I don't pirate them, I Use Them :mellow:. Like I do @BigOnYa 's couch :tpi::evil::rofl2:

    @BakerMan - you can still "own" digital media, arguably easier and better than physical since you can make copies and backups, as much as you like.

    The issue is DRM
  • cearp @ cearp:
    You can buy drm free games / music / ebooks, and if you keep backups of your data (like documents and family photos etc), then you shouldn't lose the game. but with a disk, your toddler could put it in the toaster and there goes your $60

    :rofl2:
  • cearp @ cearp:
    still, I agree physical media is nice to have. just pointing out the issue is drm
  • rqkaiju2 @ rqkaiju2:
    i like physical media because it actually feels like you own it. thats why i plan on burning music to cds
  • cearp @ cearp:
    It's nice to not have to have a lot of physical things though, saves space

    Nor clothes 🤮 . Saves on time, soap, water and money having to wash them. :D
  • SylverReZ @ SylverReZ:
    @rqkaiju2, Physical media is a great source for archiving your data, none of that cloud storage shiz.
