Eh? Couldn't you use the MSET downgrade to install the dsprofile exploit for rxtools? I've done it on a sysnand 9.2 2DS, perhaps that might work for you.

what is the latest working built for o3ds? i'm currently using 3b8, but it still has the same notification and manual bug as 3b7.
i assume as the team is focusing on n3ds support now, these bugs have been fixed somewhere and they're "done with o3ds for now".
