In short, Streamout is a feature that games can use to offload work from CPU to GPU. Currently Streamout emulation in CEMU is not very advanced and it's also very slow. Uh.. that is actually a debug feature we accidentally left in this release. Generally it's highly recommended to not tamper with it, but if you are willing to experiment it can make some games run better (but it can also stop games from working at all). For example, setting the timer to host based increases loading speed in MK8.What exactly does the cycle and host based timer do?
