Hacking PS Vita 3.55 Ark-2 PSX Games?

Hey.

Does anyone know how to install PSX games on Ark-2?

I have tried converting them to ISO and also using PSX2PSP and making them into Eboots.

None of these ways work for me as they just black screen on the vita.

Also tried INSTALL.ZIP but it just crashes.

I have recently installed TN-V11 and have followed a tutorial on adding an eboot to the main exploit folder. But the game still does not show up in TN-V

I thought that ARK cant play ps1 games with sound and you need to use TN-V for it? I may be mistaken.

I don't care about sound. I just want to play them.

Personally i think TN-V is bad compared to Ark. So i refuse to use it

Are you transferring multiple games at once via FTP? If so, that's your issue. Do them one at a time, or they get corrupted.

Me too i have a probleme i use gametovhbl plugin on tnv11 for play psx games on my 3.52 but dragon suest doesnt launch and with ark2 all my psx eboot when i launch return to onemenu how to fix?on my slim 3.30 its the same ark dont launch my psx games

just going back to the 'INSTALL.ZIP" method, idk if you did it like this or not but make sure when you put it in a zip file its STORE compressed

Im having trouble getting homebrew like emulators to work. I have the ftp program. Usually when I get a homebrew on there it says corrupt data. I read that you have to make the unzipped package into a new zip file and change the eboot to fboot. If anyone can help me ill pay 15 dollars paypal.

When I want to transfer PS1 games to my PSTV (3.20 / Vita = 3.18) I just use FTP (FileZilla), transfer the game in the folder to PSP > GAME and then there it goes. Nothing else needs to be done. I suppose, since my FW is much lower than yours it may not work properly?

It almost works the same way.

The difference is games run from PSP/VHBL

As a sidenote, FTP transfer via VitaFTP under TN-V (and presumably ARK) is slower than using the FTP server on VitaShell via Rejuvenate. You can also transfer EBOOTs via qCMA using the savedata trick, but then you have to install it or move it manually to the right directory.
