thats to bad i wanted to play it early is there a way to decypt the raw files then it could be cypto fixed and rebuild as a cia and be playable

Why did you actually believe him? You need to have the seeddb in order to actually decrypt titles like that... Nintendo isn't the smartest, but they aren't that dumb.

There might be. All you have to do is prove that P=NP and then use your new proof to crack the encryption (and win a Nobel prize plus a million bucks from the Clay Mathematics Institute). Good luck, you will need it.
