Very nice. I actually downgraded back to 4.5 so I could use PBT (but saved my 9.2 image so I can go back once 9.2 support is available without Cubic Ninja). Using Tricky CFW I still get a 90% fail rate. Even on 4.x, this will still be miles better while I wait.

Also will it boot if I rename it to MsetForBoss? I kinda want to keep my Gateway launcher.

You can rename it into msetforboss.dat but is there a way to insall msetforboss rop through browser like gateway?

May I ask how you knew Nintendo defines region free?

It's not encrypted, so use the right rop. And I tested it only on a 4.5E, but should work on every 4.X.

Also renaming it in MsetForBoss.dat should work fine.

To give proper credit, this is the Roxas first stage of firmlaunchax with the other stages from Brahma and the final patch of pasta in the last stage, plus some tweaks by me. It's only a copy and paste work.

Very good work (it works ^^) ! A way to insall msetforboss rop through browser like gateway (for people who don't have ds flashcard ?)

Edit : Or encrypt the launcher ? (For people who don't know what they do ^^)

Okay, after checking the page Vappy linked, I don't imagine why that wouldn't patch things correctly. It seems to have the right offsets.

Yeah just tried it. Boot successfully 1st time. Froze on black screen after the white screen flash on the second try but worked on the 3rd. It seems to take a little longer to boot up compared to PBT, but it already looks like to have a much higher boot success rate. Usually I go through 6+ attempts before it boots again but with this out of 3 attempts thus far it only failed once.

So I take it this is the mset support everyone was looking for but if I understand it correctly you have to be on 4.5 sysnand, then you update to 9.2 sysnand using sysupdater but you delete certain cia files do the mset stays on 4.5 before you update?

Yes but this is not what we are all waiting for this is just support 4.5, next time it will support orthers updates.

I have a O3DS on 4.5 that was downgraded from 9.2 months ago using the gateway downgrade method, won't it just be simpler for O3DS people to downgrade to 4.5 then use this rather then wait?

Even though I have CN, its pretty awesome to have a real cfw only 2.4KB in size.

Pasta is great ! You don't change the name just because you use a different entry point... Encrypt this launcher could be able it to load through OOT then you don't change the name to Ocarina of Pasta right ?
So pasta is THE name.

Tryed the MSET version on my 4.5 3DS after having installed devmenu cia on sysnand with gateway, and it booted fine, sign were correctly patched as devmenu could run in pasta mode :-)

Do you think a way of installing CIA without gateway or CN will come for >4.5 ? Because installing devmenu CIA can be done on 4.5 with PBT but with no cards it can't be done on 5.x+ for now I think.
