and can i do it without exiting from pasta cfw? so just after that i can update with sysupdate?
No you can't and yes.

But you can reload pasta through mset with this now :

Here is a little gift for the impatience people that are sending me a lot of PMs. Load it with the MSET Hack.

It's only for 4.X, so it's like PBT-CFW (without the CIA install over network), but with a 100% rate of booting success.

I could do it for every existing FW, but it's not practical to have a lot of different files, one for every version of FW.

So have a little patience and wait that I finish the fw check and offset group selection code.

PS: This night too I'll sleep only 3 hours. Damn.

Not yet. It's not complete by now.

Very nice. I actually downgraded back to 4.5 so I could use PBT (but saved my 9.2 image so I can go back once 9.2 support is available without Cubic Ninja). Using Tricky CFW I still get a 90% fail rate. Even on 4.x, this will still be miles better while I wait. :D

Also will it boot if I rename it to MsetForBoss? I kinda want to keep my Gateway launcher. :P

Just a clarification, does this load the PastaCFW directly OR does it load the Homebrew Launcher? This is important? (Not sarcasm BTW)

I'm probably a bit lost here, but I have a question.

Since Pasta CFW relies on Ninjhax, Ninjhax relying on spider/SKATER, can't the source be compiled as a binary, then converted for use with spider by Yifan's spider3DStools to cut the need of Cubic Ninja? I mean using his browserify tool to generate the JavaScript payload, and pairing that with the HTML documents for the frame error.

Then again, I feel it could never be that simple.
I'd still enjoy more insight on this.

ok, so the best option for me is:

boot gateway from mset
import the 9.2 save
boot pbt from mset
update to 9.2
enjoy pasta

On 4.4.0-9U, the MSET loader just crashes for me :(

Though honestly, just take your time. Don't let them get to you. Patience is a virtue.

So what do I need to run this launcher.dat (I already have a file named launcher.dat to load GW)

For those on 4.x who keep hanging, use the MultiROP loader that's floating around here and set it to homebrew launcher.dat (4.xx)

As a side note, renaming it to MsetforBoss.dat should work too, as long as you load the proper ROP chain.

me too (4.5.0-8E) I launch it with gateway mset hack installed with the .nds.

It's not encrypted, so use the right rop. And I tested it only on a 4.5E, but should work on every 4.X.

Also renaming it in MsetForBoss.dat should work fine.

To give proper credit, this is the Roxas first stage of firmlaunchax with the other stages from Brahma and the final patch of pasta in the last stage, plus some tweaks by me. It's only a copy and paste work.
