Hacking Odd thing happened with Omega

Been running Omega, today when going into gateway mode, it told me card had to be updated as if it was run for the first time. I cancelled, it exited - then I was curious if I was in gateway mode so I hit select, and the menu came up normally.Hadnt happened again, the only thing i can think is i may have held R shift when i inittialy loaded. Any one else have thi happen?
