Feedback No news on my order from ezflashomega com

I’ve placed the order #2177 on the ezflashomega website as suggested in the list of recommended resellers on the ez flash website on the 6th of October 2022.

As you would expect : no news for one month and a half. I’ve then registered myself on the gbatemp website as it looks like the only way available to contact this seller since they do not respond on their website form.

Around two weeks ago, I sent a message to @ezflashomega-com where they answered and promised a new tracking number, but no news since.

@EZ-Flash2 is there a way to finally have my order delivered or to get a refund ? I’ve been more than patient but this situations is getting unacceptable.

It's been quite a while since @EZ-Flash2 bothered responding on here, doesn't seem like they're even pretending to care any more.

Can you seek a refund from whatever payment method you used?

Two months is clearly too much. Initiate Chargeback.
Try to order on Aliexpress. This is a marketplace, they can pull the seller's eyes on the ass if the deadlines are violated.
