Nintendo has delayed their online subscription, that was set to launch in Autumn 2017, to launch sometime in 2018, meaning users will get some more time experiencing online on the Switch for free! They also revealed the prices and the fact that people with a paid subscription will get access to older games with new online play support. The full details and prices can be seen below.

Nintendo confirmed that this monthly plan has indeed changed, telling Kotaku: “Nintendo Switch Online subscribers will have ongoing access to a library of classic games with added online play. While I agree, the issue is that those people share a major common. And as we seen with the Splatoon hacking YT, if you ban one of his accounts weeks later after he has been constantly reported he has more switches.

Nintendo will likely ban anyone thit at CFWs or Homebrews, as that is the only preventive measure, half ass reactive measures aint going to fly. Its already like this on PS4, you can jailbreak it, the second you go online you are banned, it results in alot less hacking.

As far as I am aware there are three camps of banned people right now.
1) Those that did credit card fraud. Irrelevant here.
2) The splatoon banned
3) Those among the "adding more features" set that played with the CDN at some point.
