To play games that need higher fw?I easily could but what would the point of that be?

I'm always on latest firmware so never looked into that, but would it allow these banned consoles to update to 6.0 once that came out?You can update with Rajkosto's method still
Why N just allow to download only games you have purshased...
RIP.
I don't think that they can legally do this.
At least in Europe.
The only recorded instances of 2137-7403 ever appearing were back before 3rd of March 2017, when people attempted to connect online before the console's launch.Nintendo is starting to ban certs from CDN access. This will make your console useless for downloading games, updates for your games, dlc, and sysupdates. Please be cautious when using anything that access the CDN i.e. FreeShopNX, CDNSP, etc. You've been warned.
Edit: Here is some proof even Sysupdates are blocked: https://streamable.com/k623d
What if you deleted the content and wanted to re-download it? I'm sure they can't block you from downloading games you legally purchased (in Europe). They can. Nintendo isn't banning the account, you still have your content where it was purchased legally. And your console is used in theft, so it loses priveledges.

Did people really think it was a good idea to use a shared cert? Has anyone been superbanned using a cert they dumped themselves yet?
My cert from the video in the original post. Was mine, and it was banned showed in the video no Sysupdate access.
^ This. Just use a public cert that comes with cdnsp gui or another source and you guys should be fine. Don't use yours.
CDNSP just gives me a "Request rejected by server! Check your cert" despite working around a few hours earlier, so I guess they really are cracking down on this.
Same there. Public certs will be banned fastCDNSP just gives me a "Request rejected by server! Check your cert" despite working around a few hours earlier, so I guess they really are cracking down on this.
