assuming its new in box unopened it should have 9.0.0-20

^^ the list has sn before and after with 9.2 or lower confirmation so it's a safe assumption it's good

I hate shipping internationally but can you read japanese? Also are you planning on using a free cfw or GW?

Hi, saw an Eur N3ds XL Sparkly Black with serial QEH1025XXX... As i've seen here 1025 it's like the edge of firmwares 9.0-9.2 right? I mean.. Is there a really high chance to get a FW > 9.2? or it just a little chance? I've been searching a lot and the minor serial I've found was that but... I'd like to know if I should search a bit more or buy that before It'll be sold.

But all of them? In Spain I saw many of them in 9.0 but... Here I saw that one in 9.4 and I got confused, I though that one could be one from Germany or UK, that's why I posted here, because I didn't know if all in 1025 are 9.4 FW. Thank you for answer, anyway I'll keep trying to find one below that serial =/ to be completely sure.
