No QUE serials have been reported. If I had to guess, it's a new serial line. I would assume the N3DS is above 9.2, unless you get confirmation that it's not.

So, assume that i just yesterday walked into a big, busy mall with a well-known electronics chain store, smack dab in the middle of a >300k population city, and their enormous Nintendo section has only two N3DSXL left (and a ton of non-XL). And it turns out one of the two starts with the serial QEH1006.

What do i do now.

If you plan on getting an N3DS, I would grab it. If it's unused, it should be on 9.0. Check the firmware version to verify it's on the correct firmware and return it if it's not.

Definitely a new batch that's the highest QEH to date (that we know of)
