Hacking N3DS XL Firmware by version number

I checked every single seller on kijiji who had a 3ds that may fit my necessities and asked them photos of the serial number, if the console was used photo of firmware version, is a long road but relatively easy ^^

LMFAO I was doing the same on ebay. I asked like 30 sellers and found one, confirmed he had a red one with 9.0. Sniped the hell out of his auction and got it for $192 with a carrying case and 2 day priority shipping with insurance.

2. qef1006 New 3DS XL (dont remember the color, metallic blue or metallic black)

YEM1005 is most likely 9.2, YEM1020 is iffy since the highest reported safe model was YEM1015. All the other are more than likely on 9.4+. And this is assuming they are new in box untouched and not repackaged. YEF1010 could be on 9.0 but the serial does not match the white pattern as reported so don't get that one unless you're very desperate.

That's right! The limited edition goes for a ton! Though I have a standard black N3DS XL at 10.1 sysNand. I might swap the motherboards so that I can "System Transfer" my untouched XL to the Limited Edition housing and then hack the now 9.0 standard black XL. It's gonna be wild ride...
