Concerning that, if I may be of help with my (very) little knowledge of French.. I think that homeworld would be better translated (in this context) with planet "d'origine"... I don't know the word planet in French (Pianète? Lol no clue) but the word monde wouldn't be correct in this case I think...
Also yes, Fermian is the race of aliens I think, I haven't finished this game yet (didn't play a lot into it actually) so it may be just a supposition ^^

Both L'Origine des Fermians and La planéte d'origine des Fermians sound quite correct... Le monde natif des Fermian is a bit.. mm tricky? Don't know, I'm not French though ^^
