Hacking internet browser on my wii u is freeze

hello everybody, i have an issue with my wii u
when i open internet browser, it'll be freeze after 10 seconds
i don't know why, i've factory reset wii u but browser till freeze
i must be push power button to shutdown
other app has normal
if you know why, please show me how to fix it

I have the same problem after I've unbricked my old wii u console from a cbhc brick by gary's recovery tool
