I factory reset my Wii U back in late 2018 because I was planning on selling it to buy a switch, little did I know, I was getting a switch for Christmas. I havent played on my Wii U since then because of the guilt of loosing everything. But I finally got everything plugged in and working. When I go to press the sync button like it tells me to, it comes up with an error screen without a code that tells me to turn off the Wii U and try again, and if the error persists, to mark down the (non existent) code and visit Nintendo support. I don't know why this is happening, and I haven't found anything online about anyone else experiencing this. Any help?

Is it the Black error screen with white text or is it more like a Dialog window? And it happens exactly when you press the sync button? Is it it still in the initial setup?
This is probably either the 5Ghz or the Bluetooth module being bad.
