Wii U Freezes constantly

for some reason my wii u randomly freezes, sometimes while booting but almost always when im playing normal games with no mods, almost ALWAYS on the 5th level of splatoons story mode and im not sure why as i don't have ANY mods on my games at all

edit: level 5 is the only time it freezes no clue why
