ROM Hack I have my Xorpads whats next?

I am trying to decrpyt a rom so I can try to edit it. I have my Xorpads 4 of them. what is the next step I have to do? In the end I want to be able to view the files within the Romfs.bin file and other 3. I have tried a tutorial and the Program that was said to use didnt work i keep getting a Exheader mismatch wrong key error.

Just ignore that error. The hashes in exheader is computed with decrypted data, while "ctrtool -p" command only extract encrypted data.
