Doesn't matter, you can do either of them without problem.Got this really old PSP-1000 yesterday. It's running a 4.01 M33-2 CFW. Should I follow "If you are currently on an older CUSTOM/HACKED firmware..." procedure and download a 4.01 clean OFW or the 5.00 clean OFW mentioned?
6.61 isn't out, I just got tired of having to update the chart every time so I put a future version number up there the last time. XDisn't it 6.61?6.60, and its hackable. What's the latest current official firmware?
Perm Patch beats CIPL due to the ability to boot into OFW by holding select, CIPL doesn't do that.I'd like to suggest that you include the CIPL Flasher for fully hackable PSPs since I've seen in some threads people recommending 6.20 PRO-B10 to have permanent patch installed and the permanent patch isn't aimed for fully hackable PSPs.
Try using this downgrader:Trying to downgrade a PSP-3001 (TA-093 04g mobo) with ofw 6.60 to ofw 6.20
I'm getting a (CAAFFFFFCF7) error while using Chronoswitch Downgrader v5.
snip
Is this downgradable or not?
For now I'm using cfw 6.60 PRO-B10.fix1.
Just to make sure, do you have 6.20 ofw's eboot.pbp insideNope, still the same error even with both downgraders (4/4.1)
This psp already came with ofw 6.60 so there was no plugins.

The 6.20 from filetrip is good, I've used it.Yes it's there (6.20). Unless the one from filetrip has issues.
Well according to the readme that's the correct directory.
