Hacking Games Disappeared After Region Change

I just region changed my 3ds from JPN to ENG, and some of the CIA games I had installed did not reappear on my home screen. Games like Pokemon X and Mario 3D Land successfully transferred, but Animal Crossing New Leaf, Tomodachi Life, and a few others did not. When I go into data management in system settings, Animal crossing and tomadachi life appear but they are greyed out with an X on them, and I cannot re-download them. I've read that this may be a ticket problem, but I do not know how to go about restoring the tickets to the games.
Any Help?
I also made a backup of my 3ds before attempting the region change.

If the missing games still appear in the 3DS Data Management screen but are greyed out, then you need Faketik to generate new tickets.

Download the .3dsx file, put it in the 3ds folder on your SD card, open Homebrew Launcher, open Faketik and let it generate new tickets for your detected games.
