As we're talking about compatiblity, do you think it'd play on the new PS3 Cobra CFWs ?
Well I have tested the merged ISO on PS3 with a CFW+Cobra features and It's working fine :yay:. On CFW without cobra features the game only works by using the original ISO on 2 UMD, that is because is not possible to convert a PSP game with a size bigger than 1.6 GB moreless.

We want to ask whats with the apostrophes becoming % signs glitch?
Example: "I'll" will become "I%ll"
"Ain't" becomes "Ain%t"

Is it an Android only glitch or what?
Just wanna make sure you know of it. Nobody has said anything about it yet.

I've seen it in some of the other streams he's made. My guess would be that it has to do with the UTF-16/8 to ASCII conversion, it shouldn't be to hard to fix, if that's the case. But I'm not much of a programmer so I can't say with certainty.

Remember when the encoding used to take 1 byte for hiras and 2 bytes for the rest of characters? This % symbol intead of ', is a side effect of changing that. I'm actually surprised is the only side effect. In any case, it can be trivially fixed directly from the reinsertion tools, there is no need to change anything in the main scenario or any other game file. I just was too lazy to fix it and compile another debug build of the game for the Android test, so I took the same ISO I had done some weeks ago for the live stream.

So we could play it in three weeks or or are there other things to do?

In 3 weeks (more or less) they will complete story script. Secondary text, videos and graphic (5%) missing, but it is a small part (I think) :)

I'm not part of the team, but I would also expect a final editing pass before a release to the public, which could also add a few more weeks.

BTW I'm still thinking if we should release a main scenario patch. In that case, the 1st patch could be released in 3 weeks, yeah. However, since Sean is god, a full patch could be done in little additional time, so I don't really thing a main scenario only release worth it.

Also, hack of the day -> Being able to use multiplayer on PSP-1000 (needs testing, it boots, but I need to test actual gameplay further).

If a full patch can be done relatively quickly after the main scenario then I think it's worth the wait for additional translations to be the done.

Also, we're 3/4 of the way there folks! :D

Such a swift progress. Shame on SE, they could have done the same thing years ago.
Game translations almost looks like a simple thing now. If romhacking wasnt such a pain, fan-translation could have become very common. Like fun-subs for anime.
Anyway, keep going and don't be too hard on Adam.

At the awesome team:

Once the main scenario is done, I'll compile a test ISO, that's the one we are gonna use to test and proofread the game while the rest of translators (Sean?) finish the crimson codex and remaining graphic (also we have to decide what to do with the video files). I agree with the fact that making a release just for the main scenario is kind of unnecessary.

Guys I have 1 question: "Videos" means translation&editing or editing only?
