All of a sudden it's taking games a really long time to load for me. When I go into devolution and press A to start a game I get a black screen for like two minutes. And then the game loads. It wasn't like this before. It used to take a couple seconds. What happened?
Maybe you need defragment the partition.
Do you have a 32KB cluster?
Nice, Capcom VS SNK 2, and MegaMan Collection works flawlessly now :yaywii:
I see you've not added your confirmation :)

By the way, can someone help me out to confirm if disc swaping in Killer7 is working (NTSCU), it still doesn't work for me in r120.

Yeah, I updated the wiki yesterday for MM Collection, please update confirmation... As for Killer7, if I get a save from you in which it needs to swap to disc2, I can test it..

Hi, here are the Killer7 saves http://www.mediafire...l37cj1me8kdfntt
There are 3 saves and a Killer8 save heh ;), load the Lion stage it will prompt a disc swap.

Thanks :)

Good job! You and I seem to have many of the same titles (I added many of the USA counter parts..) Do you happen to have Killer7 ? I also see Viewtiful Joe 2 doesn't run, did you send a log for that? I would like this one to get running soon....

I hope the others can get tested soon, I myself am not in the mood to have to 1:1 many of my images (I use DM for many titles b/c I can have them shrunk and need the HDD space!) but will try to image and test more throughout the week..

Umm I don't think so. It's probably 64KB. But I tried it again today and it's back to normal. Don't know what happen. In case this happens again, will defragment delete what's on the partition?

Defragmenting has nothing to do with it. Probably your wireless access point was turned off or unreachable and the wii was looking for it while trying to initialize the network.

@OriginalHamster - So I get the same problem that you are having, I tried about everything I could think of, renaming the .iso to disc0 and disc1, del the .dvv and reauthing the disc, ripping them twice (I ran into a problem with cleanrip and it either wrote over my disc 2 with disc 1 keeping the disc 2 label or just didn't back disc 1 up to my drive as I only had 1 image labeled disc 2 after both backups.) either way I know I have both clean images now and I run into the same problem as you "Insert killer 7 game disc 2" or something like that.

Do we need some logs or did you log this (does it even matter?) if so, here are these

Make sure you are using the latest version of cleanrip (1.0.5 or later), the disc naming bug has been fixed.

I edited my message a few posts back to update my findings, seems like a possible bug in disc handling (at least for this title) on Devolution. As for Cleanrip, I am using v1.0.5 (it updated my redump.org database files so I'm pretty sure its the newer one.) It handled the name incorrectly for this title when I backed it up in the order of disc2 then disc1 of Killer 7. It gave me 1 file at root named the id of game-disc2 (that or disc1 never wrote to disc correctly even though it said complete.)

Well something is still wrong, you're trying to launch disc2 instead of disc1 (hence the "ISO at specified cluster doesn't match disc id (474b374530380101 vs 474b374530380001)" message) and there is nothing in the log about any attempt to switch discs.

There is nothing to indicate that it didn't work exactly as expected. The log shows no errors or any attempt to switch discs.
If a multi-disc game asks to switch discs, press the eject button.

Actually there is something missing. The log should mention "Patching Killer7 game timer" somewhere... do the cut-scene videos run at the correct speed with proper a/v sync?
