Hello,

WELCOME to GBATEMPS website:yayu::nds:

i hope wii works wonderfully:yaywii:

Merci! :)
(Ça marche parfaitement!) - Works perfectly!

Soft modded long time ago (it was a 4.1E version), had to upgrade to 4.3E, delete/update/reinstall some stuff but everything is there again now, even News and Weather channel. Mario Kart and Resident Evil work both nicely, perfect mix to remember the good old times.

Greetings Uafa

I wish things were better right now for you guys, Italy has had it so bad

Hacking the Wii is very straightforward after all these years, have fun!

Thank you x65943, you're totally right, I've seen even wizards able to populate your SD with all you need and do the job for you.
Slightly different than in the past. :)
About Italy, we're still fighting hard. The very last days showed a better trend but war is still far from being won. In any case, misquoting an italian expression, we may bend but we don't break. ;)

Hi all from Italy!

Current times made me dust off a glorious 12-year Wii, still able to work and be modded properly.
I come seeking answers to some doubts I have but at the same time I'm eager to give my little contribution to the cause.

See you around. :)
Hi there! Welcome to the Wii club! You'll have a lot of fun with it.
So far, my also 12 year old wii can play this:
- Metal Slug 5 to 1
- KOF 2003 to 1994
- SNK vs CAPCOM 1 & 2
- Street Fighter III: 3rd Strike.
- Gamecube games
- Wii games
- WiiWare games
- Atari 2600
- Atari 7200
- NES
- SNES
- GENESIS
- TURBOGRAFX
- GAME BOY
- GAME BOY COLOR
- GAME BOY ADVANCE
- NINTENDO 64 (not all roms though)
- MAME roms (the ones I really like are compatible!)
- CPS1
- CPS2
- MAME 2003 (which amplies the mame library!)

Thank you Juan, muy chido!

I hope my Wii will soon be like yours and have in common not only the age, but also that amazing bunch of emulators you listed above. :)

If you get a gc controller and memory card, it’ll be even more fun;)

Ciao. :) Actually I had a look at some offers few days ago, I will for sure get 2 controllers to increase the fun. :) In the meanwhile I'm using the classic pads I have and I must confess that they do the job.

You can use Nintendont to play GameCube games without a memory card or GameCube controller
Hi. :)
Yes, I've already installed it and had some fun chasing ghosts at Luigi's mansion.

Thank you both for your tips!

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
I tried making chocolate lava cakes the other day in cupcake pan, what a mess, my lava exploded out of the cakes everywhere while baking, was still ok tho, just no lava inside.

We had our grandkids over yesterday and I got a small above ground swimming pool I filled for them to play in. Well today I woke to find 3 ducks swimming around in it. Don't mind really but they are annoyingly loud, quack quack. Gotta drain it today. Guess what were having for dinner, lol.

I used butter instead of vegetable oil, and think that's why they squirted out during baking, who knows
  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
yeah i think oil is the right call

  • BakerMan @ BakerMan:
plus if you're making brownies or lava cakes for people with dairy allergies, you should use oil instead of butter anyway
