Hacking Bought N3DS XL, 9.6.0-24U. What are my options?

I just bought a N3DS xL with a 9.6.0-24U. I just want to know my options for running CFW, roms or CIA's off of it. If it matters I own a modded 3DS with rx tools running on it, I also have a cart of OoT.

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated!

Your out of luck. Return it and get another.

Well you're not completely out of luck. You can still use a Sky3DS to play roms. But yeah, no CFW or cia for you with this system.

all you can use mod wise is Smea's Ninjhax 2.0 but that can only run userland brew (you need cubic ninja but they're hard to come by)

For CFW, ROM, CIAS... you are out of luck at the moment.
