Hacking 3DS hangs on Friend List and Activity Log.

These two apps have been borked since my instillation of Rx Tools way back where if I open them they'll just hang forever and even now that I'm using Luma3DS the problem persists.

IS there any way to repair them?

Open the friends list and leave it like that for a few minutes even if it appears to be frozen, it should eventually load and after that it won't hang anymore. At least that's the way it works with other CFW. Not sure about the activity log.
But you should really upgrade to Luma3DS, it's really easy and only requires replacing a few files. rxTools isn't supported anymore and won't work with the latest system update, plus some games won't work with it.
