The corrupt save problem is due to having a sysNAND below 7.x, since save encryption depends on the sysNAND version not the emuNAND version and it changed in 7.x. If you install CFW according to 3ds.guide you will not have this problem because your sysNAND will be updated (at least in any games that you make a new save for). I'm not sure but Gateway may have fixed the problem in a later version. Try the latest launcher.dat with your Gateway 3DS console. You could also export and import the save to a cia version game, that might resolve the problem too. Follow https://gbatemp.net/threads/importing-gateway-saves-to-cia-games.425743/ but import the save on the other console.

If you use it in a console below 7.x I think it will work.

Other console is on 11.3.0 but when inserted says "Corrupt save".

Yes that's expected. The save was made on a console with less than 7.x sysNAND so it can only be read by another console with less than 7.x sysNAND. I made some suggestions for you to recover the save above.

Yes. You can install cia games on it.

hello again! how do i get through the "sd card has been removed" problem? i never had this problem up until last week; when loading anything (except system settings and cartridge) fails and it gives me that error. i thought too many plugins through cfw was the problem -and it worked again for a while - but i am still having it as of now.

japan new 3ds xl cfw luma (nightly), 64 gb fat32

I I downloaded all the files from https://3ds.guide/installing-arm9loaderhax and put them in the right spot and my 2ds did nothing it's still on version 11.2.0.35

I have no idea why I won't work it just does nothing is there a different kind of custom firmware that will work with 11.2.0.35

Think I found my problem it was the SD card the 2ds won't read from it but the SD card from my 3ds works

Hi All,

I'm an uber noob. I have just picked up a New 3DS XL with a firmware of 10.7.0-32e. I just wanted to know if Gateway can be used with 10.7.0-32e or would I have to try and downgrade?

I spelled load wrong ugh now it goes through safehax but says transfer file image not found
