Tubehax isn't altering hardware or software. It isn't homebrew. Redirecting DNS isn't illegal.
There literally isn't a single line in the EULA wich tells you that you can't redirect DNS.
and d even like to further point out, even if your definition of it isnt homebrew, that it would still be considered third party. which, also breaks eula.
