Have you played that version? The audio is awful, controls aren't great, and you have to modify the naming structure of the game or trying to use the Rosalina menu will force you back to the home screen. I appreciate the effort because it is the best standalone version we have, but it just isn't good.Literally the first Google hit for "wolf3d for 3ds":

I can probably make a port by remaking the game or learning the languge it was written in.Age of Empire 2. Probably impossible though.
Let me explain: If i'm licky, i can decompile a Unity game, making it so that i can modify it in the Unity Engine itself. Like Baldi's Basics, that has been decompiled for modding purposes. I can probaby mod that too right now.I'm curious... how do you intend to port the game without the source code?, it's possible ?
I understand, I hope you can, it would be pretty incredible to see something like Freedom Planet or even Sonic Mania running on the 3DS.I can probably make a port by remaking the game or learning the languge it was written in.
Minecraft is already on New 3DS, unless you're talking about the first ever version of Minecraft.Minecraft classic
Oh, yeah, I second this.Freedom Planet ( It's on Unity too )
impossible, half life 1 is goldSRC, portal is proper source. goldSRC ran on the ps2, source barely ran on xboxHalf-life or portal (the first one) would be cool. Is that too crazy?
I don’t know my unity.
If i can get the Engine for it.In my opinion, Sonic Mania Plus would be a nice game to port.
True, but i really don't for what game I shold do it in the future. That's why i crated tzhis thread.@hatoving I admit I don't know much about porting games, but I do know that usually you'd need a game's source code to be able to do it.
You say you can decompile Unity games and recompile them for 3DS, but honestly I would be a little more convinced if you actually did it first before creating this thread.
You said Baldi was already decompiled by someone else. Maybe you could start with it and see if you can do the actual porting before having to decompile anything.True, but i really don't for what game I shold do it in the future. That's why i crated tzhis thread.
Fair enough. If i can get the Engine for it.
night in the woods would be awesome!Recently i was going back to the 3DS to play some games. But then a thought came into my mind: "I can use Unity to make 3DS games, what if i port one of them?"
So i wanted to ask, what game would you most likely want to be ported to the 3DS? And yes i know it's 2020, but i wanted to see if anybody wan'ts to see a game on this device.
Keep in mind that if you want to reply and select a game, please add a game that the 3DS can handle. I'm using Unity 5.6 i believe.
Best regards and stay safe,
