In most cases, if CPU fails to complete a operation, it just aborts it. So that's not likely the case.The only things I can think of are
1. It's a thing nintendo forgot to take out
2. The OP's dreaming (i barely remember my dreams after 1 second of waking up, so if op remembers all that detail, idk.)
3. The OP's a clever troll that did some research
4. It's a little easter egg
5. Since qlaunch and flog have the same titleid, instead of qlaunch being ran, flog ran.
qlaunch can run under these parts
so perhaps the switch bugged out a bit or lagged, and it tried to run qlaunch but instead ran flog after a bit. another case is perhaps the op exited from news or system settings really quickly and then made it freak out and launch flog instead
