I was reading that the 11.4 update fixes some of the slow down issues with certain games and I am currently running 11.3-36 on a (US) New 3ds. I have A9LH+Luma installed but its been a while since I updated so I just wanted to ask what the best "order of events" is for updating with the least amount of problems.
1) It's simple enough to just let the 3ds download and install the 11.4 update, correct?
2) Should I run the Luma updater before or after updating the firmware to 11.4? Or should I manually download the latest Luma files and place them on the SD myself?
3) I don't use a lot of CFW, mainly just the stuff installed while following THE guide for installing A9LH and Luma (Homebrew channel, FBI, CHMM, Luma Updater, Save game manager). I'm assuming I should look for updates for all my CFW but... is there anything I need to know that I may be missing that might lead to problems? For instance, when I updated from 11.2 to 11.3 I needed to manually update some files on the SD card (can't recall which ones now) because my system wouldn't boot. Frankly it scared the crap out of me and I would like to avoid that this time if at all possible.
Thanks in advance for any advice, as always, it's much appreciated.
